Do you sign a DPA?

Yes. We sign a GDPR-compliant Data Processing Agreement for all enterprise customers. We can start from our template or redline yours.

What's the SLA?

99.9% monthly uptime with service credits for breach. Status and incident history are published at status.ark-route.com.

Can we get dedicated capacity?

Yes — reserved throughput for chat, image, and video models, isolated from the shared pool. Pricing scales with reserved QPS and is committed in 3, 6, or 12 month terms.

Do you support SSO?

SAML 2.0 single sign-on and SCIM provisioning are available on the enterprise tier. Okta, Azure AD, and Google Workspace are tested.

Where is data processed and stored?

Requests are proxied to upstream providers (OpenAI, Google, ByteDance, etc.) without persistent prompt storage on our side. Metadata for billing and auditing is stored on GCP us-central1; EU residency available on request.

Are you SOC 2 compliant?

SOC 2 Type II audit is in progress. We can share our current security posture, sub-processor list, and pen-test summary under NDA.

How does billing work?

Monthly invoice, NET-30, ACH or wire. Committed minimum + overage on usage. PO numbers supported.
